First Captains Meeting May 7/08 The first captains meeting will be held on May 7th @ 8pm in the basement of the Anglican Church located at 9902 Manning Ave (downtown accross from City Car Wash). Each team MUST have at least one representative present at this meeting. Each team MUST submit a completed online team roster to NSA no later than June 1. Any team that does not have a completed online roster by June 1 will receive a "default" for every game there after until a completed roster is posted online with NSA (stats will not be changed once a late roster is received). At this captains meeting teams will receive their scoresheets, a rulebook, sponsor packages, scheduels & games balls.

EVENTS SCHEDULE:April 16 - Molson & Labatt Regular Ball Season RegistrationFrom 7-9pm in the Boston Pizza Lounge (Timberlea). Registration will be $1750.00. April 20 - Molson & Labatt Regular Ball Season Registration From 2-4pm in the Boston Pizza Lounge (Timberlea). Registration will be $1750.00. April 23 - Molson & Labatt FINAL Regular Ball Season Registration. From 7-9pm in the Boston Pizza Lounge (Timberlea). Registration will be $1750.0. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PAST APRIL 23rd, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. May 7 - 1st Captain's Meeting Will be at 8pm in the basement of the Anglican Church located at 9902 Manning Ave (downtown accross from City Car Wash). May 12 - Regular Ball Season Begins First week of regular ball season. League Tournament Registration Registration is $400.00/team. Please contact Joanne Korba (e-mail) if you would like to register a team or would like to volunteer in the beer garden. June 14th & 15th - Charity League Tournament Tournament will be held at the Timberlea Athletic Park. There will be a beer gardens and concession setup at the diamonds. Umpires will be provided where available. The League will supply the game balls and bases. The second half schedules will be e-mailed to your team captain no later than June 26th, there will not be a second captains meeting. . All roster changes for the second half must be submitted online to NSA no later than June 30. League Playoffs - August 22nd, 23rd & 24th League playoffs will be held at the Timberlea Athletic Park. The league will provide game balls, bases, and umpires where available. We will also have a Beer Garden this year! All prizing for playoffs will be distributed at the year end banquet. Players must attend the banquet in order to collect their prizing. Tickets will be available for the banquet from the executive and Boston Pizza (both locations) starting August 18. Tickets are $35 each. PLEASE NOTE THAT A CUT OFF DATE WILL BE SET, SORRY NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. Banquet - September 5th, 2008 at the Sawridge Hotel & Conference Center Tickets for the banquet can be purchased for $35 each from the executive or Boston Pizza (both locations) starting August 15. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR THIS YEAR, YOU MUST PURCHASE A TICKET PRIOR TO THE CUT OFF DATE. Only 400 tickets are available... get yours early! League votes and prizing are distributed at the banquet. You must be in attendance at the banquet in order to receive your prizing. |
Schedules for second half will be e-mailed to your team captain Schedules for second half will be e-mailed to your team captain and posted online no later than June 26th, 2008. PLEASE make sure we have the proper e-mail address for your team. ANY/ALL roster changes for the second half of the season need to be submitted online to NSA no later than June 30. If your team has any questions or concerns that they would like addressed please e-mail them to the executive.
